Welcome to Swim Shine Aquatics. These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment, payment, scheduling, program participation, and related policies. By enrolling, you agree to the policies outlined below.

​Program Enrollment & Agreement

​By registering for lessons, you agree to comply with all Swim Shine Aquatics policies, including those related to scheduling, attendance, safety procedures, and program participation.

 

Lesson Packages & Expiration 

All lesson packages are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

• Unused lessons after expiration are forfeited and non-refundable

• A one-time extension may be granted at our discretion for documented medical or emergency situations if requested before expiration

• We encourage consistent scheduling to support skill development and progress

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the scheduling system

• Late cancellations and no-shows are considered completed lessons

• Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Swim Shine Aquatics

 

​​Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.​

 

Program Materials & Media

Program fees include instructional materials (such as a welcome guide or program handbook), as well as underwater photos/videos, music reels, and completion recognition (such as medals or certificates).

By participating, you acknowledge that Swim Shine Aquatics may capture photos or videos for instructional and/or promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to your first lesson.

Swim Diaper Policy

Children who are not fully potty-trained must wear a properly fitted reusable swim diaper (e.g., Splash About, iPlay).

​

Disposable diapers are not permitted in the pool.

 

Health & Participation Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical, developmental, or behavioral conditions that may affect participation prior to lessons.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your child.
