What We Teach

 Infant Survival Skills:
From as young as 6 months, babies learn to roll over from a face-down or submerged position onto their back to relax and breathe.

​ Children’s Swim Development:
Young swimmers build independence in the water, mastering proper technique and essential safety skills.

​ Adult Instruction:
Lessons are customized to help adults gain confidence, refine stroke technique, and overcome fear of water.
